Here's some frequently asked question about our customised signposts!

Installation:
The Product must be installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided by Signposts4U® with the Product, or made available by Signposts4U® for the Product on its website. Depending on the installation environment, installation will require the use of bolts, pegs, fixing devices or quick dry concrete and should be performed by a suitably technically-proficient person. Installation services currently only available within the Perth Metro Area.


Customisation:

If there are variations of customisations not currently available, please contact our team and we will work with you to see your idea come to life.


Turn Around Times:
Each of our SignPosts are individually made so please allow for 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery of our items.

 

Limited Product Warranty
Signposts4U® warrants the Product against any defective material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase of the Product from Signposts4U®, provided that:

  • the Product has been correctly installed and maintained. Cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, incorrect or non-compliant installation, or use of inappropriate cleaning products is not covered by this limited warranty.
  • this limited warranty applies only to Products sold and installed in the State of Western Australia. Proof of the original purchase date is required to obtain service under this limited warranty.
