PROOFING:
When customising a design all purchases must be proofed to ensure no mistakes are made. You should receive a proof of your chosen design within 24-72hrs of payment. The quicker we receive approval the quicker we can start engraving.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS:
Due to this being a natural product, the tone and grain will vary from board to board. Therefore the darkness of the laser engraving may vary from what you see in the product listing. We love it as it makes the product more unique but please ensure you are comfortable with this potential variation before placing your order.
PRODUCT CARE DIRECTIONS
To clean use warm soapy water, rinse and immediately dry. Do not soak in water, Rejuvenate your board's appearance by lightly rubbing cooking oil evenly into the surface or by rubbing it with a beeswax and citrus oil mix. Ready made products and recipes can be found online.
Our cutting boards are engraved on one side permitting the use of the other side for cutting and chopping. Should you wish to use the engraved side of the board for cutting please be aware that this will reduce the visibility and clarity of the engraved area over time.
